Due to the content and purpose of the Website, persons seeking information must complete the contact form, while those wishing to make a booking must register using the User–Client registration form. General Conditions:

a. The client must inform of the exact number of guests staying in the apartment.

b. CITYTRIP BARCELONA will request the following personal and contact details:

 – Full name

 – Telephone number

 – Address, City, and Province

 – Email address (if available)

 CITYTRIP BARCELONA may request the same information for each guest.

c. Children under 2 years of age can stay free of charge.

d. Parties or gatherings that may disturb other residents are strictly prohibited.

e. The minimum check-in age is 25 years.

f. Pets are not allowed in any accommodation.

g. By accepting the booking conditions, Users/Clients agree to follow the accommodation rules. Failure to do so may result in immediate eviction without compensation.

CITYTRIP BARCELONA is not responsible for the improper use of the accommodation facilities, including psychological harm, theft, fire, or criminal behavior.

The company will, however, assume responsibility for any damages not caused by the client and will manage the incident and guest relocation if necessary.

Check-in to the reserved accommodation is available from 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged depending on availability.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

The User/Client will make the booking payment in euros (€) using one of the following methods: Debit Card, VISA, MASTERCARD, or equivalent systems.

Bank Transfer – the booking will not be confirmed until the transfer has been received and verified.

The User/Client must notify the website administrator of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges to the payment system via email at reservations@citytripbarcelona.com

or by calling +34 93 664 95 94 as soon as possible so that the administrator can take the necessary actions.

If cancellation occurs after the 5-day period or on/after the arrival date, no refund will be granted.

For non-refundable rates, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

No-Show: Failure to arrive on the booking date will result in a 100% charge of the total amount (non-refundable).

Under Article 103 of Law 3/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

l) The provision of accommodation or leisure services when the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance. (Failure to appear on the reserved date does not entitle the client to a refund.)

The website administrator will only accept cancellations that meet the following criteria:

The cancellation must be communicated at least 5 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings, acceptance will depend on the discretion of CITYTRIP BARCELONA management.

If a non-refundable rate was selected, no refund will be issued.

All cancellations are processed in compliance with local laws and the aforementioned EU directives.

The administrator will process refunds using the same payment method used for the original booking.

The timing of the refund’s appearance in the User/Client’s account or card depends on the payment system and the issuing bank, in accordance with Articles 107.1 and 108 of Law 3/2014.

These booking terms and website conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the courts of GAVÀ, judicial district of CASTELLDEFELS, the city of origin of CITYTRIP BARCELONA, owner of this website, except where the law mandates another jurisdiction.
