Payment and cancellation conditions
• The 30% of the total amount of your reservation will be paid to confirm the reservation.
• The 70% of the total amount of your reservation will be paid on the day of your arrival.
• The payment will be 100% at the time of booking if your reservation is non-refundable.
The cancelation policy is as below:
- Non-refundable booking You will be charged the total price if you cancel the reservation
- Refundable booking You will be charged 30% of the total amount if you cancel the reservation. If you cancel in the 15 days (or less )before arriving, the full amount will be charged
- In case of a no show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Depending on each property, a fixed amount of 200€ per apartment can be charged from your credit card or you should pay it in cash. The deposit will be refundable after checking the apartment on defects.
The client must inform Citytip Barcelona of the total number of people who will be occupying the apartment during their stay and only these people can then make use of the apartment. Citytip Barcelona will need the clients full name, telephone number and email address when the reservation has been confirmed. Citytip Barcelona reserve the right to ask for the same information of the other guests if it were necessary. Children under 3 years old are free. Pets are not allowed at the apartments.
The client will be welcomed personally at the reception by staff from Citytip Barcelona, except outside the office hours. Check in will be from 4 pm. Earlier arrivals will be checked in subject to availability of the apartment at their arrival time. Check out time will be before 10 am. If you need to leave the apartment later, please let us know in advance and we will try to adjust if possible.
All electricity, water and gas supplies are included in the apartment rental price. There are sheets and towels available in the apartment for all the guests for an extra charge of 6EU per person per stay. Also, included in the price, is a full apartment cleaning at the client departure as well as a free cleaning service for stays of 7 or more nights. Citytip Barcelona have an additional cleaning service available at a cost upon a previously request of the client.
Citytip Barcelona will not be held liable for any consequences which could occur from the clients use of the apartment during their stay, this includes physical damages, loss by theft, fire or criminal behaviour. If by any chance there should be a damage or fault in the apartment not caused by the wrong usage of the client and it was impossible for the client to stay in the apartment, Citytrip Barcelona would take responsibility for the repair of it as soon as possible, with prior notice from the client. If for some reason it could not be repaired immediately, Citytip Barcelona would re-locate the clients in another apartment of the same category.
The client and his/her guests have a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, Citytip Barcelona have the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment with no compensation.
